Brendan is married to Karina and together they're navigating the beautiful chaos of raising two school-aged kids and two groodles. After years living in South East Asia — where he ran a crop to cup coffee company (yes, he knows his beans) — he and the family have recently made their way back to Australia. Brendan serves as Assistant Minister for Children and Families, and brings a genuine love for people of all backgrounds to the role. When he's not wrangling kids at church or at home, you'll find him staying active and getting involved in the local community. Coffee chats welcome.

Jenny is the longest serving member of the staff team, as she started working at St John’s Asquith in 2004! Although her role has changed and evolved over the last 20 years, she still finds it a privilege to be able to use her God-given gifts of administration to support so many different areas of ministry. Jenny is married to Greg, and has two adult sons. Her passions include country music, line dancing and supporting our BCA partner church in Lightning Ridge.

Prior to joining us, Alice was a primary school teacher and most recently was a ministry apprentice in Canberra. This year, alongside serving as our student minister, Alice is studying at Moore Theological College.
