Spend the weekend enjoying fellowship with the St John’s family, growing in God’s word from the Sermon on the Mount and relaxing in the beautiful surrounds of Lake Macquarie.

Adults Program
Richard James will be sharing with the adults from the Sermon on the Mount.
Richard was previously Rector at Newport and Seaforth. For 10 years he led the weddings ministry at St Thomas’ North Sydney where he married over 650 couples. Richard has pastored in Vancouver, Canada. He is a regular evangelistic speaker and is married to Judy. They have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
Kids & Youth Programs
We have arranged for leaders from Seaforth Anglican Church to run our kids and youth programs.
They will explore the bible and enjoy some fun activities while the adult sessions are on. Our Kids and Youth will also look at the Sermon on the Mount.
Location
CRU Lake Mac is just over 60 minutes from Asquith. It has ensuite bunk style accommodation and delicious food in a dining room with lake views.
Saturday Afternoon Activities
Bushwalks or sit by the lake
BYO Water sports & Equipment
(let us know if you have kayaks, stand up paddleboards, life jackets etc. that you can bring to share)
Various sports on site - Volleyball, basketball, table tennis & more.
Paid activities of Rock climbing or Zipline subject to minimum numbers. There is an additional cost to be paid closer to camp -
Rock Climbing, year 3+, $20pp
Zipline, high school+, $30pp.

Parish Council are subsidising all tickets.

Student 12-22 (with parent) $185

We don’t want the cost to prevent anyone from coming so please contact the wardens if assistance is required.
Some of us may be able to contribute financially to help someone else to attend, if you would like to, indicate this through the booking page or contact the wardens.
