Linda, Fran and Lynne are
"processing" the gardens by digging the clay with mattocks,
then digging in gypsum and topping it off with compost. Then a layer of
old newspapers is held down by a thick layer of mulch, before the trees
and shrubs are planted. |

There were no age limits
imposed on workers attempting to turn beds of solid clay into gardens. |

Geoff and Barry were'nt
taking any chances with dust when they built these cupboards inside the
old church - now our "new" church hall. |
